Taking care of our jobs and families takes up most of our time.  This does not help our bodies or our minds relax.  Looking after ourselves is very important and a few minutes of relaxation can really enhance the day.

One of the most relaxing activities we can find,  is listening to music.  This helps relax our body as well as our mind.  Gender or age doesn’t matter when it comes to listening to music;  it is an enjoyable experience.
